I am a fourth year PhD student. My project is part of the Euroneurotrophin Innovative Training Network, and it aims to discover new synthetic and marine natural neurotrophin mimetics using an in vitro high-throughput screening system based on a co-culture of MND patient-derived astrocytes and healthy motor neurons.
